When we are willing to deepen into the feelings in our hearts, descending to the bottom of the ocean where there is meagre light and the compression is dense, we also reach great heights. Whales breathe air and swim in water, they are aligned with both densities, it is this part of our nature that seeks emotional wisdom and mental understanding.
