The river flows from the wisdom of the mountains across the many varied landscapes of learning, to arrive in the ocean of oneness. For it is in the still expanded waters of our emotional body that we see the reflection of the heavens and our universe. 

The voice in my heart sits like a bird in a tree, telling me the stories of evolution in this place, and reminding me of the Kingdoms waiting to land. But there is fear in my heart, experienced as a free-falling waterfall dropping into an unknown landscape where crocodiles potentially lurk in the murky depths. And so I breathe into my centre connecting to the library of knowledge, the firm foundation of rocks and mountains that have been here since the beginning, and I listen carefully to the voice speaking the truth of my nature in the garden, my true reflection. Where the tree unites me with the heavens, plants flower and insects fly, …and then I remember myself.
